| 目的 评价螺旋CT 对孤立性肺结节(SPN) 的鉴别诊断价值。方法 从常规CT 检查中选取43 例SPN 患者,行螺旋CT 和高分辨率CT(HRCT),对比分析结节的边缘、轮廓、内部特征及其与周围结构关系,比较两种检查的效果。结果 两种扫描结节轮廓显示无差异,螺旋CT 不能发现HRCT 显示的结节内点状钙化及脂肪密度,但是螺旋CT显示血管及支气管移位和穿过结节,及其与周围结构关系等方面优于HRCT.结论 螺旋CT 对SPN 许多征象显示可获与HRCT 相似效果,但是显示结节内点状钙化及脂肪成份的能力差,显示结节与周围结构关系较好。 |

| Objective To determine the value of Spiral CT(SCT) on differential diagnosis of solitary Pulmonary nodules(SPN).Methods Perform comparative analysis with HRCT and Spiral CT to the 43 patients with SPN found in conventional CT examinations.Then compare the results of these two kinds of examinations.Results\ No significant differences could be found in showing the shape and margin of nodules with these two methods.Nodules with pointed calcification and fat attenuation in HRCT image were not shown on Spiral CT image.Spiral CT was better than HRCT in showing the relationship between SPN and its adjecent structures.Conclusion Spiral CT scan can gain similar effect in showing the signs of SPN with HRCT scan.But the appearance of pointed calcification and fat attenuation is not satisfactory.Spiral CT is better in the evaluation of SPN with its adjecent structures. |
