| 目的 应用经颅多普勒超声(TCD) 检测儿童血管性头痛的临床意义。方法 应用经颅多普勒超声技术检测132 例儿童血管性头痛患者。结果 132 例患儿TCD 检测异常者为128 例,异常率达96 % .异常者中脑底动脉平均血流速度(Vm) 增快的104 例,占81 % .Vm 减慢的24 例占19 % .结论 TCD 作为一种非损伤性、简便、可靠的检测手段对儿童血管性头痛的诊断、分型及治疗效果的观察均有重要的临床价值。 |

| Purpose To explore the clinical significance of TCD in detecting children vascular headache.Methods Transcranial Doppler was carried out in 132 patients of children vascular headache.Results In 132 patients detected with TCD,128 is abnormal.The abnormal rate is 96%.The mean blood flow velocity (Vm) of the basal cerebral arteries in abnormal,104 is high (81%),24 is low (19%).Conclusion TCD as a method to detect children vascular headache no damage,simple and reliable.It has the great clinical value for the dignosis,classification and observing the effection of treatment. |
