中文摘要:
      目的 评价乳房包块近红外光扫描诊断的正确性。方法 将489 例乳房包块患者的术前近红外光扫描诊断与术后病理对照。结果 近红外光扫描诊断乳腺恶性病变的正确率为85.85 %,且近红外光扫描的乳腺癌图像越典型,该肿瘤越趋于高恶性度;良性病变的诊断正确率为89.79 %,误诊共40 例,占8.18 %,其中将乳腺癌误诊为良性11 例,良性误诊为恶性29 例。结论 近红外光扫描能比较明确地将乳腺疾病分类诊断,是鉴别乳腺良性、恶性病变的有效辅助手段,且直观、简便、无创伤。
英文摘要:
      Objective To evaluate the accuracy of near infrared scaning in differential diagnosis of the benignity and malignancy of breast mass.Methods 489 patients with breast mass were collected for the observation.The breast mass were examined by the computer near infrared scaning before operation and the results were confirmed by histopathology after operation.Results It was found that the near infrared scaning had a high specificity of 85.85% in diagnosis of malignant breast mass and 89.79% in that of benign breast mass. 40 patients in total were falsely diagnosed (8.18%),in which 11 patients of breast carcinoma were falsely diagnosed as benignant mass,29 were opposite.Conclusion Near infrared scaning can provide a simple,no wound and efficient method in the diagnosis of breast mass.
