| 目的 探讨乳腺肿瘤的纵横比值对鉴别诊断的价值。方法 我们用10MHz 高频探头对47 例乳腺恶性肿瘤和69 例良性肿瘤的纵横比值进行了比较。结果 良恶性肿瘤的纵横比值分别为0.6258 ±0.1743 和0.7917±0.2402,两组之间有显着差异(P< 0 .01) .结论 以纵横比值> 1 为阈值鉴别良恶性具有较高的特异性(97.1 % ),但敏感性较低(15% ).本文对以上现象的机理进行了分析。 |

| Objective To evaluate the significance of the height/width ratio (H/W) in differentiating diagnosis of breast neoplasms.Methods 47 malignancy and 69 fibraoadenomas cases were investigated with high frequency ultrasound probe.Results The H/W ratios of benign and malignant breast neoplasms were 0.6258±0.1743 and 0.7917±0.2402 respectively.Conclusion It provides high specificity (97.1%) but low sensitivity (15%) using a threshold of H/W≥1 as the characteristic of the malignancy.The possible causes were interpreted. |
