| 目的运用螺旋CT对中心型肺癌各征像进行观察研究。方法32例中心型肺癌病人均经螺旋CT进行螺旋扫描,其中28例病人平扫后又行增强扫描。结果30例中心型肺癌病人,肺门肿块呈不规则状,病变支气管多呈不同程度狭窄或阻塞,支气管壁增厚。病变支气管远端肺野内阻塞性改变,肺门及纵隔内淋巴结转移及大血管受侵情况均显示良好。结论螺旋CT能清楚显示中心型肺癌各征像,对观察病变及估价预后均有重要价值。 |

| Purpose To observe the findings of central lung cancer with the spiral CT. Methods 32 patients with the central lung cancer were examined by the spiral CT, 28 cases of 32 patients underwent the contrast CT scanning after plain CT. Results In all 32 patients, the pulmonary hilar bronchi were shown narrow in varying degrees or obstructive and the wall of the bronchi got thicker. The spiral CT also could well show the obstructive changes in the involved lobes, metastasis in the hilus of the lung and mediastinum and the invasive vessels.Conclusion The spiral CT could demonstrate the characteristic signs of the central lung cancer clearer and it was significantly valuable in observing the lesion and estimating the prognosis. |
