| 目的甲状腺99mTc-MIBI显像鉴别甲状腺单发,实性或囊实性冷结节的性质。方法33例甲状腺单发、实性或囊实性冷结节病人采用99mTc-MIBI显像检查,全部病例均经手术及病理证实。结果恶性肿瘤诊断灵敏度为800%,特异性750%,准确率为750%.结论该项检查方法对甲状腺孤立、冷结节的良恶性鉴别有一定价值,可帮助临床医生参考确定哪些病人应及时手术。 |

| Purpose To evaluate the value of thyroid 99mTc-MIBI imaging in differential diagnosis of single and unfunctional thyroid tumour.Methods 33 cases of single and unfunctional thyroid masses are examined by thyroid 99mTc-MIBI imaging.All cases underwent operation and pathological demonstration.Results The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of the diagnosis of malignant masses by the thyroid 99mTc-MIBI imaging were 80.0%,75.0% and 75.0% respectively.Conclusion It is valuable in dfferential diagnosis of single and unfunctional thyroid tumour.It also has an important value in patient selection treatment time. |
