| 目的认识全髋或人工股骨头置换术后并发症的X线表现及其病理基础。方法8例均经翻修术及病理证实,并对照病理分析X线表现。结果平片及术中诊断感染2例,松动下沉3例,感染伴松动1例,假体脱位1例,异位1例。术后病理证实8例均有慢性感染。 |

| Purpose To understand the radiographic manifestations and pathology of complications of total hip and artificial femoral head replacement.Methods 8 patients were confirmed by revision and pathology.The radiographic manifestations were analyzed and correlated with pathology.Results Radiographic manifestations and the revision suggested infection in 2 case,subsidence of implant in 3 case,infection with subsidebce of implant in 1 cases,implant dislocation in 1 case,implant ectopia in 1 case.Histological section were chronic infection in all 8 cases after revision.Conclusion Infectation and loosening is one of the most in complications. |
