| 目的探讨CDFI技术检查在骨肿瘤的应用价值,旨在对CDFI诊断良、恶性骨肿瘤作出客观评估。方法对42例骨肿瘤患者行彩色多普勒血流显像研究,测量肿瘤周边及中心部血流参数。结果肿瘤周边部血流速度高于中心部血流,而RI、PI周边部低于中心部。恶性骨肿瘤血流速度高于良性骨肿瘤,而RI、PI前者低于后者,其对良、恶性骨肿瘤诊断的灵敏度9429%、特异度8571%、准确度9286%. |

| Purpose To distinguish diagnostic value of CDFI in bone tumor.Methods 42 patients were examined by CDFI and confirmed by pathology.Results The flow velocity in the periphery of the lesion was higher than that in the centry of the lesion.The resistance index (RI) and the pulsatility index (PI) in the periphery were lower than those in the centry.The peak flow velocity in maliguant was higher than that in benign.But the resistance index (RI) and the pulsatility index (PI) in maliguant were lower than those in benign.Sensitivity 94.29%,specificity 85.71% and accuracy 92.86%.Conclusion The color Doppler flow imaging is a useful,specifical and helpful method in the diagnosis of bone tumors. |
