| 目的用B型超声观测腰椎管,目的是探讨成人腰椎管斜矢状径的大小与超声对腰椎管的观测价值。方法观测对象为腰椎X线平片无异常者,部分查CT或MRI无异常者。超声探头沿脊椎棘突两侧(相当于骶棘肌处)以30～40°斜矢状径探测。结果L114.45±1.51mm;L215.14±1.81mm;L315.5±1.73mm;L416.11±1.65mm;L516.59±1.82mm,上端最小者为11.5mm,下端最大者为20mm,这一上小下大结果与X线平片及CT测量相似。结论B超观测腰椎管是既经济实惠,又无创伤,既方便又无后遗症,既易于重复检查又易于普及的一种切实可行的诊察方法,故呼吁应广泛开展腰椎管的超声观测。 |

| Objection Study is using B mode ultrasonic diagnostic equipment to observe canalis vertebrae lumbales so as to probe the relation between the varying sizes of adult slant sagittal section and observing value of canalis vertebrae lumbales by the B mode ultrasonography.Methods The observing objects are these people without abnormal X ray’s vertebrae lumbales’ plain film and some of them are not abnormal by either CT or MRI inspection.The B mode probe measures slant sagittal section at 30～40 degree angle along two sides of vertebrae lumbales’ processus spinosus.Results L 114 45±1 51mm;L 215 41±1 81mm;L 315 5±1 73mm;L 416 11±1 65mm;L 516 59±1 92mm;The maxium of the front is 11.5mm and maxium of the rear is 20mm.This two maxium results is similar to measuring results by X ray’ plain film and CT.Conclusion That observing canalis vertebrae lumbale by B mode ultrasonography is a new practical and effective route,which is both inexpensiveness but substantiality and without causing harm;both convience and repeated inspection easily;both without sequelae and easy popularization.we suggest that the observation by B mode ultrasonography be carried widely. |
