| 目的观察小肠恶性淋巴瘤的血管质(形态)与量的改变,为介入诊断及螺旋CT诊断提供血管形态依据。方法搜集8例正常新鲜小肠标本及6例经病理证实的手术切除小肠恶性淋巴瘤标本,进行血管造影及图像分析。结果小肠恶性淋巴瘤属少血供肿瘤(P<0.05),肿瘤血管异型性大,呈现：分布紊乱、扭曲、中断、造影剂池及系膜淋巴结肿大染色等特征。结论小肠恶性淋巴瘤血管变异大、血管少,临床上介入及螺旋CT诊断较难。 |

| Purpose To establish vascular morphology of the lymphoma of small intestine for interventional and HCT diagnosis.Methods 8 cases of small intestine autopsy specimens of normal adults,6 cases of lymphoma specimens of bowel which comfirmed by pathology were studied by angiography,pathological diagnosis and quantitative analysis with CMIAS 007 system.Results The lymphoma of bowel is poor in vascularity ( P <0 05).Compare with normal,there are significant difference in the blood vessels,such as disorder,tortuous,interruption sign.contrast medium puddle and dyeing of mensentery.Conclusion Study on vascular morphology of lymphoma is help for interventionas and HCT diagnosis. |
