| 目的选用明胶海绵经导管制备选择性肺动脉栓塞模型,为肺栓塞影像学和病理生理学研究提供可靠模型。方法用6只杂种犬,经颈静脉插管至肺动脉叶段分支,将明胶海绵自导管注入；于栓塞前后分别作选择性肺动脉造影。制备肺栓塞标本。结果选择性肺动脉造影,栓塞叶肺动脉分支出现“血管截断征”,栓塞后肺动脉直径有不同程度扩张。病理镜下可见肺动脉管腔内有明胶海绵栓塞物。结论经导管选择性肺动脉栓塞模型制备是成功的；此模型有效易行,简单可重复。 |

| Purpose To adopt absorbable Gelatin Sponge as the embolic substance, the models of selective pulmonary embolism are made through a guide wire, and provide the study of the imaging and pathologic physiology with a valid animal model.Methods 6 mongrel dogs as the experimental animals; put a guide wire, though neck vein to some place of right or left pulmonary artery inject into absorbable Gelatin Sponge along guide wire; make the pulmonary arteriography before and after embolism; make the specimens.Results “The cutting of blood vessel” may be seen in the embolic lobe of pulmonary artery by pulmonary arteriography. After the pulmonary embolism, the measure to the diameter of pulmonary arteries shows the enlargement at various degree. The absorbable Gelatin Sponge embolus can be seen in pulmonary arteries in pathology.Conclusion The making of model of selective pulmonary embolism in dog is successful; its are simple, effective, and can be easily and repeatedly made. |
