目的探讨应用二维超声心动图测量主动脉内膜 中层厚度(IMT)的准确性和主动脉血流特点。方法健康家兔8只,静脉麻醉,左侧开胸,应用美国HP 1500型多普勒超声诊断仪,探头频率7.5/5.0MHz,探查兔升主动脉、胸主动脉中段和远段的IMT及中段血流。气栓处死兔后取出主动脉,在超声测量部位做病理切片,光镜下测量内膜和中膜厚度。结果在超声图像上,正常兔主动脉壁结构表现为典型的“双线征”,IMT值为0.30±0.02mm,病理测量的内膜和中层厚度为0.28±0.02mm,二者比较无显着性差异,P>0.05.胸主动脉血流分布特点呈双期双向,收缩期前向血流最大流速为54.2±2.50cm/s,舒张期逆向血流最大流速为29.50±2.72cm/s.结论超声技术可准确测量主动脉内膜 中层厚度,与病理结果一致,为动脉粥样硬化的早期诊断提供了先进新方法,主动脉内血流分布特点具有重要的临床意义。 |

Objective To determine the accuracy of intimal medial thickness (IMT) of aortic wall and aortic flow pattern measurements by B mode imaging.Methods Measurements of ascending and descending aortic IMT were made by B mode imaging and comparison with findings of microscopic pathologic examinations in 8 open chest rabbits. Doppler flow patterns within the descending aorta were also obtained.Results The typical B mode image of the arterial wall was the “double line pattern”. There were no significant differences between the B mode determined IMT and that determined by microscopic pathology (0.30±0.02mm vs 0.28±0.02mm, P >0.05). The descending aortic flow pattern consisted of systolic antegrade flow and diastolic retrograde flow. The peak velocity were 54.2±2.50cm/s and 29.50±2.72cm/s. Conclusion B mode imaging represents a useful approach for the measurement of IMT of aorta in vivo. The descending aortic flow pattern and velocity may have a significant clinical implications. |
