| 目的探讨分析影像学方法在颌面部血管畸形鉴别诊断中的作用。方法分别观察低流量和高流量血管畸形的CT,彩色多普勒超声显像(CDFI)及数字减影选择性血管造影(DSA)的影像学表现特征。结果两种血管畸形的CDFI及DSA表现有明显的差异性,低流量畸形多含血流固定扩张的静脉空腔,高流量畸形则显示有明显的滋养动脉,可形成动静脉瘘。结论影像学检查可为临床诊断提供客观准确的评价信息。 |

| Objective To discuss and analysis the action of imaging in maxillofacial vascular malformation differential diagnosis.Methods The imaging characteristics of low and high flow malformation were observed using CT, Color Doppler Flow Imaging (CDFI) and dial selsctive angiography(DSA) respectively.Results There are significant difference of CDFI and DSA in two kinds of vascular malformation. The low flow malformation contain stagant flow and dilated venous space, but high flow malformation show observous noutrish artery and may form arterovous fistula.Conclusion Imagical examination provide objective and accurate information for clinical diagnosis. |
