      目的分析主动脉瘤的3DCT特征并评价其诊断价值。方法本组21例。所有病例均行螺旋CT扫描,用表面投影显示法(surfaceshadeddisplay,SSD)和最大强度投影法(maximumintensityprojection,MIP)行3D重建。所得到的3D图像可根据需要任意旋转,从不同角度观察或展现任意断面。结果良好的扫描技术所获得的血管3D影像,能可靠地展示主动脉瘤的位置、形态、长度,有无夹层和血栓,主动脉瘤所在位置的重要血管分支情况及其与周围解剖结构的关系。结论3DCT使我们更全面观察主动脉的立体形态,为外科术前提供精细的解剖信息。
英文摘要:
      Purpose To evaluate 3DCT in diagnosis by studying 3DCT features of aortic aneurysms.Methods Spiral scannings were performed on twenty one patients with aortic aneurysms.Three dimensional models were reconstructed by surface shaded display (SSD) and maximum intensity projection (MIP).Results The location, size, extent dissecting situation and thrombosis of the aortic aneurysms, as well as its visceral aortic branch and neighboring sturctures can be well depicted by high quality 3DCT images,which can be obtained with the help of scanning expertise.Conclusion 3DCT can more clearly and wholy show us the detailed three dimensional sturcture of aortic aneurysms and provide valuable anatomical information for surgery.
