| 目的进一步探讨阴囊急性炎症的彩色多普勒超声(CDU)表现并评价其临床应用价值。方法应用CDU对52例阴囊急性炎症进行检查,观察阴囊内容物的形态、回声及血流变化,并通过手术及临床治疗随访证实诊断。结果CDU诊断符合率为98%,其中睾丸炎为91%(10/11),炎症并肿瘤67%(2/3),附睾炎(21)、睾丸附睾炎(9)、精索炎症(4)和阴囊壁感染(5)均正确诊断。结论本文资料表明,CDU能够诊断急性睾丸附睾炎,了解急性炎症的预后,并对其疗效作出评价；还可帮助鉴别急性睾丸炎或是睾丸扭转、局灶性炎症或是肿瘤。 |

| Purpose To study the appearnces of color Doppler Ultrasound (CDU) on the acute scrotal inflammatory disease (ASID) and assess its clinical application value.Methods 52 cases with ASID were examined by CDU.The shape,echotexture and blood flow of each scrotal contents was observed.The diagnosis was ultimately established by means of surgery (6 cases) and antibiotic treatment (46 cases).Results The coincidence rate of CDU diagnosing ASID was 98%,of with orchitis (10/11),orchitis with tumor (2/3),orchitis epididymitis (9/9),epididymitis (21/21),spermatitis(4/4) and scrotal wall infection (5/5).Conclusion CDU may be useful in diagnosing of acute epididymo orchitis,epididymitis,knowing the progress of the inflammation,and differenting focal inflammation or tumor and orchitis or testicular torsion. |
