| 目的总结经导管双侧髂内动脉超选灌注动物模型的制作方法及相关注意事项。方法实验动物为白色家兔,5%异戊巴比妥钠30mg/kg静脉缓推麻醉后,经颈动脉将3F单弯导管置于腹主动脉分叉上方,同时于腹股沟韧带处夹闭双侧股动脉,灌注完毕后立即释放动脉夹,同时撤除主动脉内导管。结果成功制作该动物模型16个。血管造影示模型制作完毕后,髂内动脉开口远端所有动脉分支均未显影,髂内动脉显影清晰,未见痉挛、闭塞等。双侧髂腰动脉由于其特殊的位置关系,无法避开。结论该方法操作简便,成功率高,值得推广。 |

| Purpose To summarize the method and key point of making transcatheter intra bilateral internal iliac artery animal purfusion model.Methods White rabbits were used by intravenous anesthesia with sodium amobarbital at a dose of 30mg/kg.A 3F catheter was placed at the bifurcation of abdominal aorta.Bilateral femoral artery were cliped adjacent to the ligament inguinal.The clip should be immediately released after infusion at mean time the catheter should be withdrawed as soon as possible.Results 16 animal model had been successfully made.Angiography showed all branches distal to the internal illiac artery were invisualized after the infusion model had been built up while bilaterial internal illiac artery were clearly visualized without spasm or occlusion.The iliolumbar artery could not be dodged due to its special anatomic origins.Conclusion This is a easy doing,high success ratio and worth to conduct. |
