| 目的探讨胸部高分辨率CT对特发性肺纤维化的诊断价值。方法在常规胸部CT扫描的基础上对肺部局灶性或弥漫性病变区域再行HRCT扫描。结果IPF的HRCT检查的典型表现是二肺弥漫性网织阴影,蜂窝状影,散在肺大泡,常有胸膜肥厚,胸膜下线,肺的外周部呈现多发的直径为1.5～3.0mm斑点状高密度影。结论HRCT技术能显着的提高IPF的诊断率,是目前诊断IPF无创性检查中最精确的方法之一。 |

| Purpose The diagnostic significance of high resolution CT1(HRCT) would investigate patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF).Methods In foundation of routine thoracic CT1examination,HRCT1is applied to finish scanning of the regional focus and the diffuse alteration in the lungs.Results Typical manifestation of IPF on HRCT1shows diffuse reticular shadows,honey combing shadows and blebs of lungs,pleural thickening subpleural line,multiple spot and high density shadows in diameter of 1 5～3 0mm.Conclusion The diagnosis rate of IPF has been raised with HRCT1technology.It is one of the most accurate means in the diagnosis of IPF. |
