| 目的确定B超检查在视网膜脱离中的应用价值。方法分析了96例经手术证实视网膜脱离的B超检查资料。结果B超图像特点为浅脱离,弧形、V形、Y形、T形、ㄚ字形脱离。眼底窥不进的诊断符合率为92%.结论B超检查对视网膜脱离是一种有效、简便、准确率高的诊断方法。对手术适应症的选择提供了可靠依据。 |

| Purpose To detect B ultrasound for evaluation of retinal detachment.Methods 96 cases of retinal detachment were examined with B ultrasound,and confirmed by operation.Results The retinal detachments on B ultrasoundgram appeared flat,bullous,V shaped,Y shaped,T1shaped,ㄚ shaped.The accuracy of cases who can't see retina were 92%.Conclusion We concluded that B ultrasound is a diagnostic method wich is effective,simple and with high accuracy,and useful for selecting the operation. |
