      目的探讨碘普罗胺脂质体增强CT对早期肝癌显示能力。方法建立二乙基亚硝胺诱导的大鼠肝癌模型;观察平扫及静注碘普罗胺脂质体后大鼠癌灶的影像特征,然后与病理检查进行对照。结果5只大鼠肝癌模型共有21个癌结。癌结在平扫呈不均匀低密度;增强后在明显强化的肝实质衬托下呈境界清楚的低密度灶,癌灶检出率为66.7%(16/21),最小能显示2mm左右病灶。结论碘普罗胺脂质体增强CT对提高肝微小病灶的检出水平有重要价值。
英文摘要:
      Purpose To assess the diagnostic values of liposomal Iopromide enhanced CT1in detecting of early hepatocellular carcinomas (HCCs) in rats.Methods The rat model with early HCCs was induced by oral administration of diethylnitrosamine.Their CT1images were obtained before and 20 minutes after intravenous injection of Iopromide loading liposomes at a dose of 320mg I per rat.The CT1features were correlated with those histopathologic finding.Results In 5 rats carrying tumors,21 HCC nodules measured from 1.5 to 10mm in diameter were found at autopsy.Most of lesions were demonstrated as heterogenerous hypodense on precontrast images,whereas those lesions were visualized clearly as hypodense against significant enhancing liver parenchymas.The contrast between liver and tumor was significantly improved.66.7%(16/24)of lesions was detected on postcontrast image.The detectable size threshold was 2mm in diameter.Conclusion The results suggest that liposomal iopromide play important roles in improving detection of early HCCs.
