目的为探讨二维彩色多普勒血流显像(2D CDFI)在下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)中的应用价值。方法30例30条下肢DVT进行了2D CDFI检查,均经静脉造影证实。结果DVT超声表现为腔内血栓回声;探头加压静脉腔不可压闭或部分压闭;腔内缺乏彩色血流信号或出现充盈缺损;脉冲Doppler示无血流或血流频谱不随呼吸而变化。超声诊断符合率为96.7%(29/30). |

Purpose To expore the value of two dimensional color Doppler flow imaging (2D CDFI) in diagnosis of deep venous thrombosis (DVT).Methods DVT in 30 lower limbs confirmed by ascending phylebography were examined by 2D CDFI.Results The conventional ultrasound displayed visualization of thrombus and incompressibility of the vein with probe pressure.Absence of color flow singal or presence of an intraluminal filling defect were represented by color Doppler and absence of spontaneous flow or phasicity of flow with respiration by pulse Doppler.2D CDFI compared with phylebography was correct in 29 lower limbs (29/30,96.7%).Conclusion 2D CDFI is a valuable and practical method for assessing DVT. |
