| 目的观察中晚期人类活体原发性肝癌的血供规律。方法16例不能切除的中晚期肝癌患者,术中行肝固有动脉及门静脉插管,术后经埋植于腹壁皮下的全埋植式给药装置行肝动脉门静脉造影摄片,观察并总结其血供特点。结果单独肝动脉供血者9例,仅仅门静脉供血者1例,肝动脉门静脉同时供血者6例。结论中晚期人类活体原发性肝癌的血供规律与尸体标本灌注及动物实验结果存在差异,中晚期肝癌的肝血管介入治疗应根据患者的实际血供情况采取“个体化”治疗原则。 |

| Aim To observe the bood supply regularity of advanced hepatocellular carcinoma for living human body.Methods Intraoperative hepatic artery and portal vein catheterieations were performed on sixteen patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma undergoing laparotomy,cathrters were inserted into hepatic artery and portal vein proper and the cathers were connected to IDDS which was implanted under the skin of abdominal wall.76% meglucarmine diarieoate was injected through the IDDS to observe tumors blood supply and to take desired spot films.Results Satisfactory radiological manifestion of hepatic artery and portal vein was obtained;the tumor blood supply was only came from heptic artery in nine cases and was only came from portal vein in one case,and was came from both hepatic artery and portal vein in six cases.Conclusion The difference of tumor blood supply between living human body and dead body or animal experiment was exist.The interventional therapy of advanced hepatocellular carcinoma should be used individual principle according to practical state of blood supply for every patient. |
