| 目的探讨APBDUX线表现与胆囊上皮细胞增殖活性的关系。方法19只犬随机分为P、B和C组,术后按期行胆囊活检及胆胰管X线造影,并对活检标本行病理学检查及DNA含量、AgNORs和蛋白质总量测定。结果①B组7只中6只胆管扩张,其中4只肝外胆管柱状扩张,而P组7只中3只胆管形态正常；②P组发生胆囊粘膜增生改变的动物数量较B组多(P<0.05).③P组的胆囊上皮细胞DNA含量,AgNORs和蛋白质总量升高的程度较B组大,而且,均与对照组相差显着(P<0.05).结论APBDU是胆囊增生性病变的关键因素之一,尤其是P型APBDU. |

| Purpose To discuss the relationships between the APBDU x ray findings and the proliferating activities of gallbladder epithelia. Methods 19 dogs were divided randomly into P、B and C groups, every dog was taken a gallbladder biopsy and choledopancreaticography timely, and the examinations of DNA content、 AgNORs and protein content of bioptic specimens were performed.Results ①The extra or/and intra hepatic bile ducts in 6 of 7 dogs of group B dilated, and in 3 of 7 dogs of group P were normal.② There were much more proliferating changes of gallblandder mucosae in group P than those in group B ( P <0.05).③ The degrees of increment of DNA content、AgNORs and protein content of gallbladder epithelia in group P were higher than those in group B, and these indices in both group P and group B are higher than those in group C. Conclusion APBDU is one of the key factors to proliferating disease in gallbladder, as far as type P is concerned, the proliferating activeity of gallbladder epithelium is especially high. |
