| 目的探讨灰阶超声、彩色血流显像及脉冲多普勒超声对涎腺多形性腺瘤与腺淋巴瘤的鉴别诊断价值。方法报告经手术及病理确诊的涎腺35例多形性腺瘤与11例腺淋巴瘤行以上超声检查,对各表现进行比较分析。结果灰阶超声显示两者在形态、大小、包膜及内部回声等方面存在不同。而两者间内缘或内部彩色血流显像及峰速或阻力指数均无差异。 |

| Purpose To evaluate the value of Ultrasonic modalities, such as Gray Ultrasound (2D US), Color Doppler Flow Image(CDF1) and Pulsed Doppler wave (PW) in differential diagnosis of Pleomorphic adenoma and Adenolyphoma in the Salivary glands.Methods The results of 2D US, CDF1 and PW in 35 Pleomorphic adenoma and 11 Adenolymphoma were comparative analyzed. All cases were confirmed by surgery and pathology. Results 2D US showed differences in Sharp, Diameter, Capsule and Echo between Pleomorphic adenoma and Adenolymphoma. CDF1 and PW were unsignificant differences in Flow Imaging, Velocity Peak and Resistance Index.Conclusion 2D US had certain value in the differential diagnosis of Pleomorphic adenoma and Adenolymphoma. However, CDF1 and PW had less effect. |
