| 目的研究分析了颈椎后纵韧带骨化压迫脊髓的影像学表现。方法回顾性分析了57例病人的临床表现和影像学表现。结果颈椎后纵韧带骨化多发生于中老年人,临床出现脊髓受压表现；影像学表现为在椎管前方沿椎体后缘分布的条带状影,致椎管狭窄,压迫脊髓。 |

| Purpose To evaluate the imaging feature of cervical cord compression due to the ossification of posterior longitudinal ligament.Methods The clinic and imaging manifestations of 57 cases were analyzed Retrospectively.Results The OPLL mainly found in senior. The Imaging feature of OPLL is the lesions located in the posterior of vertebral. and Compression the spinal cord. Conclusion The developing results of cervical OPLL is spinal stenosis and compression the spinal cord,result nervous system defecency. |
