| 目的：研究非屏气MRCP技术显示胆道病变的能力。方法：60例胆道梗阻性疾病患者进行了前瞻性MRCP和ERCP检查。分析MRCP图像胆胰管显示情况, 有无充盈缺损及梗阻, 作出定性诊断, 并与ERCP比较。结果：MRCP和ERCP分别显示了100%和88%的胆管结石。对肿瘤及其它胆道梗阻病变, MRCP显示病变部位和形态的作用与ERCP基本一致。总的定性诊断准确性MRCP为85%, ERCP为88%.结论：非屏气MRCP是诊断胆道梗阻性疾病的可靠方法。 |

| Purpose:To study the aBility to visualize and diagnose the oBstructive diseases of pancreaticoBiliary duct with a non Breath hold MR Cholangiopancreatography (MRCP).Methods:Sixty non Breath hold MRCPs were oBtained in patients with oBstructive Biliary diseases and compared with Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography(ERCP). Analyzing the visualization of dilated pancreaticoBiliary duct, filling defect, and the presence and site of oBstruction. The overall diagnostic accuracies of Both modalities also were compared. Results:MRCP and ERCP showed Biliary duct stones in 100% and 88%, gallstones in 100% and 45%, respectively. All oBstructions were identified By two modalities, their sites and characters were accurately visualized in most cases. The overall diagnostic accuracies of MRCP and ERCP were 85% and 88% ( P >0.05),respectively.Conclusion:Non Breath hold MRCP is a reliaBle method for depiction of oBstructive Biliary diseases. |
