| 目的：颅内皮样囊肿是罕见肿瘤。作者报告10例经手术病理证实颅内皮样囊肿。并对其影像表现, 病因, 病理和临床特征进行分析。方法：9例因突发性头痛, 呕吐收入院。6例MRI、3例CT、1例CT和MRI检查。结果：鞍旁4例, 鞍上3例, 三室后, 前颅窝底和后颅窝各1例。10例MRI表现为脂肪信号, CT表现为脂肪密度影。其中9例CT和MRI在蛛网膜下腔脑沟内和双侧脑室内散布有脂肪滴。结论：颅内皮样囊肿破裂后有影像学和临床特征性表现。MRI优于CT诊断。 |

| Purpose:Intracranial dermoids are rare of congenital origing tumors.This author reported ten cases of intracranial dermoids with operating identification.10 cases of intracranial dermoids were studied with radiography and pathogenesis,and correlated with pathological and clinical feature.Methods:9 cases presented with acute onset of general headache and vomiting necessitating hospital admission.6 cases had MRI examination.3 cases had CT scan.1 case had CT and MRI examination.Results:Parasellar region 4 cases,suprasellar 3 cases,posterior third ventricle 1 case,posterior fossa 1 case,frontoBasal 1 case.10 cases of MR image showed fatty mass signal and CT scan showed fatty dense.Diffusing fatty signals within suBarachnoid space and Bilateral ventricla could Be seen on CT and MR images of 9 cases.Conclusion:The ruptured intracranial dermoid cyst were with specific clinical and neuroradiological manifestation.MRI is superior than CT in diagnosing dermoid cysts. |
