| 目的：本文旨在用左房压力波传递时间等多普勒超声心动图指标评价心肌梗塞患者的左室舒张功能。方法：研究了34例心肌梗塞无左室增大和20例心肌梗塞伴左室增大的患者。用多普勒超声测量了A-Ar间期和其他多普勒超声的参数。结果：心肌梗塞伴左室增大组较无增大组A-Ar间期延长(P<0.05), 室壁瘤发病率较高(P<0.05).结论：在评价心肌梗塞伴左室增大和有室壁瘤并发症患者的左室舒张功能时, A-Ar间期似乎存在一定的局限性。 |

| Purpose:To evaluat left ventricular function in patients with myocardial infarction using transit time of the left atrial pressure wave (A Ar interval).Methods:Thirty four patients with myocardial infarction and without left ventricular enlargement and 20 patients with myocardial infarction and left ventricular enlargement were studied.A Ar interval and other Doppler echocardiographic parameters were measured.Results:It is demonstrated that the A Ar interval and the incidence of aneurysm in patients with LV enlargement was more than that in patients without LV enlargement ( P <0.05).Conclusion:A Ar internal appear to exist limitation in evaluating left ventricular diastolic function in patients with left ventricular enlargement and aneurysm after myocardial infarction. |
