| 目的：评估B超诊断消化性溃疡的临床价值, 提高B超诊断消化性溃疡的准确率。方法：将超声首诊的53例消化性溃疡和5例疑诊为溃疡型癌的资料全部与胃镜、部分与手术病理检查作了对照分析。结果：B超诊断胃溃疡的符合率为86%.诊断十二指肠球部溃疡的符合率为88%.超声疑诊的5例溃疡型癌经病理证实3例为溃疡型癌, 2例为慢性胃溃疡。结论：超声可以检出一定大小和深度的活动期溃疡。胃粘膜和粘膜下层回声向溃疡边缘集中是超声诊断胃溃疡的特征性表现, 有别于胃癌。较大的胃溃疡需依赖胃镜和病理组织活检与胃癌鉴别。 |

| Purpose:To evaluate the clinical value of the ultrosonic diagnosis of peptic ulcers and to improve the accuracy of ultrasonic diagnosis.Methods:The peptic ulcers were diagnosed with B mode ultrasonography (US) at first in 53 patients and the malignant ulcers in 5 patients.The diagnostic findings of US were compared with that of the gastroscope or surgical pathology.Results:The study showed the coincidence rate of gastric ulcers with US was 86% and that of duodenal ulcers was 88% and that of the malignant gastric ulcers was 3/5.Conclusions:It has certain clinical value to diagnose the peptic ulcers with US.The echo of gastrical mucosal and submucous layer contracted to the edge of the ulcer was considered as the characteristic pattern of the peptic ulcer.The lager gastric ulcers were needed to be distinguished from the gastric cancer by gastroscope and pathology. |
