| 目的：分析肢体软组织肉瘤的MRI表现, 以提高认识。方法：分析20例(24次MR扫描)经手术病理证实的肢体软组织肉瘤的MRI资料。结果：肿瘤边界T2WI较T1WI显示的清楚；T1WI肿瘤呈中等信号(17/24)和中等偏高信号。T2WI肿瘤呈较高信号, 其内可见结节状高信号及低信号分隔(13/24);脂肪抑制成像肿瘤显示更清楚。增强后T1WI, 肿瘤均呈不均匀的云雾状增强。结论：MRI动态增强扫描能较好地显示软组织肉瘤的恶性征象, 结合肿瘤的生长方式、形态特征以及临床资料, 有助于判定肿瘤的良恶性。MRI能清晰显示肿瘤及侵犯范围。 |

| Purpose:To analyze the MRI features of soft tissue sarcomas of the limbs and trunk. Methods:20 cases(24 episodes MR scan) with surgically and pathologically proven soft tissue sarcomas were studied. Results:Boundary of tumors was clearer on T 2WI than T 1WI.The tumors showed isointensity(17/24) and slight hyperintensity(7/24) on T 1WI, and marked hyperintensity on T 2WI, and many marked hyperintense node with hypointense septa on T 2WI(13/24);The most tumors appear more conspicuous with fat suppression imaging. On all T 1WI after intravenous administration of Gd DTPA, the tumors exhibited hetrogeneous and soupy enhancement. Conclusion:MRI could show the malignant feature of the tumors and dynamic scan was superior to static one , and is helpful in differentiation of benign and malignant tumors combined with tumor’s growing way、shape and clinic data. MRI could sensitively display the tumors and the area of involement. There were no characteristic manifestations among various soft tissue sarcomas. |
