      目的:观察超高分辨双螺旋CT扫描及其多方位重建(MPR)的应用对面神经管的显示效果。方法:对50例(100耳)进行了轴位、冠状位扫描, 并对面神经管进行了多角度的MPR观察及测量各段的长度与角度。结果:轴位扫描可良好显示面神经管各段;冠状扫描垂直段全程单层显示率27%(27耳), 而矢状或斜位再重建全程单层显示率100%(100耳).
英文摘要:
      Purpose:Toeveluate the role of ultra high resolving double helix CT its MPR on scaning of facial nerve canal.Methods:Axial and coronal scaning were performed in 50 persons (100 ears),and facial nerve canal was observed with MPR in multiple angles.The length and angle of each segment of facial nerve canal were measured.Result:Each segment of facial nerve canal can be displayed perfectly in axial scaning.Whole course of vertical segment were displayed only in 27 ears (27%) in coronal scaning.In 100 ears (100%) whole course of vertical segment can be demonstrated perfectly by sagittal or oblique reformation of axial scaning.Conclusion:Ultra high resoving double helix CT can demonnstrate each segment of facial nerve canal perfectly and can provide reliable parameter for clinic.The displaying of vertical segment with MPR is superior to coronal scaning.
