| 目的：探讨彩色多普勒能量图(CDE)对闭塞性动脉粥样硬化病(ASO)的诊断价值。方法：对19例ASO41个闭塞动脉节段进行二维超声(2D)、彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)、CDE和脉冲多普勒(PD)的联合检查, 并比较CDE和CDFI对ASO闭塞血管内血流检出的情况。结果：①CDE诊断ASO的准确性为95%, 对闭塞部位定位准确性为98%.②CDE和CDFI对ASO闭塞血管内血流信号的检出率分别为85%和63%, 二者差别显着(P<0.05).③PD检出ASO闭塞血管内及其远端的血流频谱为单相收缩期流速减低、舒张早期反向血流消失、无频窗的“锯齿波”或连续性“带状波”, 其检出率为100%.④2D对ASO血管壁钙化斑块的检出率为100%. |

| Purpose:To evaluate the value of Color Doppler Energy (CDE) in diagnosing Atherosclerosis Obliteration (ASO).Methods:Nineteen cases of ASO with 41 arterial Segments were examined by CDE combined with two Dimension (2D) and Color Doppler Flow Imaging (CDFI) and the Pulsed Doppler (PD).The value of CDE in evaluating blood flow of ASO was compared with that of CDFI.Results:①The diagnostic accuracy rate of CDE was 95%(18/19) and 98%(40/41) occlusive position was found correctly.②The detective rate of blood flow signals in obliterating vessels was 85%(35/41)by CDE and 63%(26/41) by CDFI( P <0.05).③PD could detect “sawtooth wave” or continuous “ribbon wave” spectrum with monophasic and reduced systolic velocity and disappearance of diastolic flow reversal.The sign detective rate was 100%(19/19).④The detecting rate of calcific plaques on the wall of artery with 2D was 100%(19/19).Conclusion:CDE combined with 2D and PD could offer reliable etiology and location and quantity diagnosis for ASO.It was more sensitivity for CDE,to display blood flow,how condition of obliterating comparing with CDFI. |
