      目的:探测兔动物模型椎动脉型颈椎病的彩色血流信号和多普勒频谱参数的变化。方法:应用ALT公司的超9HDI检测11只正常成年兔和13只动物模型兔椎动脉和颈总动脉。结果:兔椎动脉受机械性压迫程度不同, 双侧椎动脉的血流参数发生相应不同的变化, 以RI变化最为灵敏, 椎动脉狭窄严重时, 血流峰值速度和血流量均减低。结论:椎动脉型颈椎病椎动脉血流动力学参数变化可做为临床诊断可靠客观指标。
英文摘要:
      Purpose:2D imaging,color flow signals and Doppler spectrum characters were discused in 11 normal rabbits and 13 animal models with vertebral disease in rabbits.Method:Carotic artery (CA) and vertebral artery (VA) in rabbits were detected with ultramark 9HDI.Results:The parameters of the troublesome VA and the opposite one varied with range of compressed VA. RI was the most sensitive.Velocity peak (VP) and Volume (V) decreased when severe stenosis of VA occured. CA has no changes.Conclusion:The presented study suggested VA hemodynamics changes may provide a reliable noninvasive dignostic method for the cervical vertebral disease.
