目的:本研究旨在研究不同分期的高血压患者肾动脉系统血流参数值的变化。方法:以正常对照组及高血压各组为研究对象, 采用彩色多普勒超声显像仪来测量肾内各级动脉的血流参数值, 包括:最大血流流速(Vmax)、最小血流流速(Vmin), 阻力指数(RI), 加速度时间(Accl)和观察频谱形态的变化。结果:高血压I期与对照组相比, 血流参数无异常;高血压I期, 肾脏动脉处于舒张期低流速、高阻力状态。高血压II期, 肾动脉处于收缩期和舒张期低流速, 极高阻力状态。 |

Objective:To study the changes of renal artery in essential Hypertensives(EH) during different stages.Methods :The Renovascular detection was studied by color Doppler flow image(CDFI) in different groups:normal controls and essential hypertensives during different stages. The blood flow parameters such as peak systolic velocity(Vmax), end diastolic velocity(Vmin),resistant index (RI), acceleration time (Accl) and spectrum configration were obtained by CDFI.Results:The parameters of renovascular were of no statistic significance between the EH I and the normal controls. The renal arteries were of lower Vmin and higher RI in EH II compared with normal controls, but in the EH NS III, both the Vmax and Vmin were lower and the RI was extremly higher than that in normal controls.Conclusion:The changes the Vmax, Vmin and RI of the renal arteries may provide information for early renal damage in EH. |
