| 目的：探讨二维超声和彩色多普勒诊断视网膜母细胞瘤的价值。方法：应用二维超声观察22例(23只眼)视网膜母细胞瘤图像, 其中9例曾行彩色多普勒检查, 全部病例均经手术或CT证实。结果：二维超声发现视网膜母细胞瘤的形态以不规则形、类圆形和半圆形最多见, 占95.7%(22/23), 有17例出现钙斑回声(77.9%), 12例并发视网膜脱离。彩色多普勒表现视网膜中央动脉(CRA)红色血流信号进入肿瘤内呈分支状。脉冲多普勒显示CRA收缩期峰值血流速度(PSV), 平均血流速度(V), 舒张末期血流速度(EDV)均较建侧有明显增高(P<0.01). |

| Purpose:To study the value of color Doppler and two-dimensional sonography in the diagnosis of retinoblastoma.Methods:Twenty-two patients (23eyes) with retinoblastoma were studied by two-dimensional ultrasound.Nine of these were examined by color Doppler imaging.The diagnosis of all cases were comfirmed by surgery or CT.Results:The most common ultrasonic findings of retinoblastoma were irregular,round or semiround mass (95.7%);Demonstrated calcification echo in 17 cases and associated with retinal detachment in 12 cases.Color Doppler imaging suggested red blood flow signal of central retinal artery (CRA) branched into tumor.The peak systolic velocity (PSV), the end diastolic velocity (EDV) and the mean velocity () of CRA was higher than normal eyes.Conclusion:Calcification echo and blood flow characteristics of CRA are important basis for diagnosing retinoblastoma. |
