| 目的：为提高对支气管结核性肺不张的认识和影像诊断水平。材料和方法：从86例已证实的支气管结核中抽出具有肺不张的48例进行总结分析。结果：肺不张的患者大部分肺内均有或多或少、或新或旧的肺结核灶或支气管播散灶, 不张以外的支气管也有多支受累的征象。结论：在支气管性肺不张的诊断与鉴别诊断中, 除不张本身的征象外, 顾及临床资料, 注意其余肺部、支气管、肺门与纵隔的情况甚为重要。 |

| Purpose:To improve the Comprehension of bronchotuberculous atelectasis,and the level of image diagnosis.Materials and Methods:We summarize and analye 48 cases with pulmonany atelectasis,extracting from 86 cases with bronchotuberculosis.Results:The chest films of most patients with pulmonany atelectasis showed tuberculous lesion either focal or extensive,old or new,sometimes with bronchogenic spread.The bronchi,in the remaining lung also have the same image.Conclusion:On the diagnosis or differential diagnosis of bronchotuberculous atelectasis,it's more important not only to notice the typical image of pulmonany atelectasis,but also the clinical materials,the remaining lung and the condition of the bronchi,hilus,mediastinum or lymphatic nodes. |
