简化Zile方程和传统超声定量方法评价左室功能的对比性研究

      目的:采用简化Zile方程计算一组心脏病患者的左室功能, 与传统超声定量方法进行对比, 评价简化Zile方程在定量评价左室功能的临床应用价值。材料和方法:研究对象包括70例不同类型心脏病患者和30例健康人, 进行常规超声心动图检查。分别采用简化Zile方程、椭球体公式、Teichholz法、面积-长度法和主动脉血流频谱法计算左室容积和每搏量。结果:简化Zile方程、椭球体公式、Te-ichholz法和面积-长度法所计算左室舒张末期容积分别为108.31±18.54ml, 122.59±32.67ml, 115.50±22.89ml和77.85±22.50ml;左室收缩末期容积分别为33.54±10.90ml, 34.41±13.74ml, 33.77±14.16ml和28.98±12.73ml, 其中面积-长度法计算结果最小(P<0.05).简化Zile方程和Te-ichholz法所计算每搏量为75.46±12.20ml和81.62±14.02ml, 与主动脉血流频谱法结果明显相关(r=0.79, r=0.73).
英文摘要:
      Objective:Routine echocardiographic examinations were performed in 30 cases of normal heart and 70 cases of various cardiac diseases.Methods:Left ventricular end diastolic volume,end systolic volume and stroke volume were caculated by simplified Zile equation,compared with the results of triditional ultrasonic quantitative methods.Results:LV end diastolic volume derived from simplified Zile equation,elliptical model,Teichholz approach and Area Length method were respectively 10831±1854ml,12259±3267ml,11550±2289ml and 7785±2250ml;LV end systolic volume are respectively 3354±1090ml,3441±1374ml,3377±1416ml and 2898±1273ml,the value of Area Length method significantly lower than others (P<001).Stroke volume obtained by simplified Zile equation and Teichholz approach are 7546±1220ml and 8162±1402ml,significantly correlatedto the result of aortic Doppler spectrum approach (r=079,r=073).Conclusion:In conclusion,to the patients without regional wall motion abnormalities,simplified Zile equation provides a new accurate,reliable and convenient way of clinical real time monitoring of LV function.
