| 目的：探讨螺旋CT三维成像技术对骨外伤诊断的价值。材料和方法：回顾性分析18例骨外伤病人螺旋CT三维成像及X线平片。结果：①螺旋CT三维成像能很好地显示椎体压缩性骨折片, 骨折线, 骨折片移位及对椎管压迫和环枢椎脱位。②螺旋CT显示颅面骨11个部位骨折, X线平片只显示5个部位骨折。 |

| Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of 3DCT of spiral scan in patients with bone traumas.Materals and Methods:18 cases of bone traumas evaluated by 3DCT of spiral scan and X ary film were restrospectively analysed.Results:①in the bone traumas of vetrebra,the main advantage of 3DCT was that it precisely demonstrating the fractured line,fractured osseous fragments,displacements of fractured osseous fragments.②in the cerebrum face bone traumas, the fracture was demonstrated in all parts (11/11) by 3DCT,some parts(5/11) by X ray film.Conclusion:3DCT of spiral scan is a useful technique for the diagnosis of bone traumas. |
