| 目的：探讨脑弥漫性轴索损伤(DAI)的MRI诊断价值。材料与方法：对20例临床表现符合DAI的病例MRI表现特点进行分析。结果：MRI表现为中线未见移位, 多数病灶较小且为非出血性, 脑干和胼胝体损伤灶多见于重度头部损伤病人, 本病常伴有其他类型脑部损伤。 |

| Purpose:To investigate the value of MRI in diagnosis of diffuse axonal injury.Meterials and methods:MRI manifestations of 20 patiens with the DAI were analysed.Result:All patiens MR imaging showed midian lines were not displacement.Most lesions were small and non hemorrhagic.Brainstem and corpus collosum lesions were appeared in severe head injuries.Conclusion:MRI should be considered as the initial imaging modality of choice in diffuse axonal injury.Combined with clinical signs,MRI could diagnose the DAI accutely. |
