| 目的：通过研制一种新型器械--压力喷粉器进行鼻咽腔干钡粉X线造影, 从而大大提高鼻咽癌的检出率, 尤其为基层提供一种价廉、方便及鼻咽癌检出率较高的有效手段。材料与方法：压力喷粉器包括一个由像胶制成的压力球, 进出气活塞以及喷粉连接管及橡皮软导管等组成。利用该器械均匀地向鼻咽腔注入干钡粉后摄片。结果：通过使用压力喷粉器行鼻咽腔干钡粉造影3270例证实器械简单实用、价格低廉、钡粉无毒、病人无痛苦, 造影成功率100%, 病变检出率为95%, 诊断符合率为97.6%.结论：使用压力喷粉器进行干钡粉X线造影明显优于传统的钡胶浆鼻咽腔造影, 适应鼻咽癌的早期诊断及普查。 |

| Purpose:It has greatly improved the checkup rate of nasopharyngeal cancer that X ray radiography of nasopharynx cavith is coducted with dry barium power,by way of study making a new instrument the pressure duster.It can particularly provide the basic unit a favorable,convient,effective for the checkup rate of nasopharyngeal cancer.Materials and Methods:The pressure duster consists of a rubber pressure ball,a gas inlet and outlet piston,a pipeline for powder and a soft rubber pipeline.After injecting the dry barium power evenly into nasopharynx cavity with the pressure duster,the radiography can be done.Results:After the test of case 3270,it proved the instrument is simple and economical.Barium power is nonpoisonous.Patient has no pain.Radiography successful rate is 100%,disease checkup rate is 95%,accurate rate 97.6%,Conclusion:Using the pressure duster has much more advntages than the traditional radiography of nasopharynx cavity with barium jam.It is applicable for early diagnosis and general checkup of nasopharynx cavity cancer. |
