| 目的：探讨乳腺癌术后放疗患者放射性肺反应的影像学特点及其临床意义。材料和方法：1992年6月～1995年1月共收治62例乳腺癌术后三野放疗病例, 收集其各期胸片和CT资料, 进行分析总结。结果：62例中, 7例发生早期放射性肺反应, 60例发生晚期放射性肺反应, 其影像改变特点为放射性肺反应病灶不超出X线放疗野范围。结论：乳腺癌术后放疗患者, X线放疗野内的肺组织损伤不可避免, 但由于肺受照射体积较小, 所以对患者肺功能无明显影响。 |

| Purpose:To study the radiographic property of pulmonary radiation reactions in breast cancer patients treated by postmastectomy irradiation and evaluate the clinical significance of the pulmonary radiation reactions.Materials and Methods:62 breast cancer patients were treated by three fields postoperative radiotherapy from June,1992 to January ,1995.We review the chest X rays and CT scans in difference times of these patients.Results:In 62 patients,7 ones had early pulmonary radiation reactions and 60 ones had late pulmonary radiation reactions.The radiographic properties are that the radiographic changes of pulmonary radiation reactions correspond to the X ray irradiated regions of the lung.Conclusion:The pulmonary radiation reactions in X ray treatment portal of the breast cancer patients are unavoidable.Because the lung damaged volume is little,there are no gross abnormalities in lung function. |
