| 目的：探讨脑静脉畸形的磁共振血管造影表现并作评价。方法：对20例MR诊断为静脉畸形患者用SiemensVision1.5T超导型磁共振系统作MRA检查。采用TOF-ti3D-multi-slab-tra-tun序列。16例用GD-DTPA增强。图像处理用MIP方法。结果：20例静脉畸形磁共振血管造影18例发现异常静脉血管, 其中8例具有典型的“水母头”样形态, 4例显示扩张的引流静脉和稀少的髓静脉。6例静脉畸形MRA仅显示扩张的引流静脉。12例静脉畸形位于幕上, 6例位于幕下。结论：MRA使脑静脉畸形的确诊更为简便, 使大部分患者避免做血管造影。 |

| Purpose:To study MRA features of cerebral venous malformation (VM) and to evaluate the clinical value. Methods:20 cases of VM found by MRI were studied at Siemens Megnetion Vision 1.5T Super Conductive MR system.MRA adopted “tof ti3D multi slab tra tun” sequences and MIP postprocessing.Contrast enhanced MRA in 16 patients were studied being injected GD DTPA.Result:In 20 cases,there were 18 patients detected VM by MRA.8 patients were found typical sign “caput meduse” and 6 patients were only found the delated draining vein.4 patients showed delated draining vein with medulla vein.12 cases of VM were discovered supratentorial and 6 were undertentorial.Conclusion:MRA make more easy in definite diagnosis of VM and most patients of VM avoid the angiography examination. |
