| 目的：结合文献探讨海绵肾影像学检查的诊断价值。材料和方法：回顾性分析了4例海绵肾的B超、X线平片及静脉尿路造影表现。结果：本组4例全部做过B超检查, 其中2例做了X线平片及静脉尿路造影。B超表现为肾髓质锥体部集合小管的小囊样扩张和/或囊腔内的强回声光点。X线平片, 仅见双肾实质内呈簇状排列的致密微结石影, 如绽开的礼花样。静脉尿路造影片见肾锥体内呈扇形、密丛状或葡萄串状扩张的集合小管。结论：B超、X线平片、静脉尿路造影对海绵肾均有较高的诊断价值, B超简便易行, 可作首选, 当B超疑有海绵肾时, 应做X线平片和静脉尿路造影进行对照分析。 |

| Purpose:To explore the diagnostic value of the imaging examination of spongiform kidney combined with the literature.Materials and Methods:The manifectations of B mode US,X ray plain film and IVP of 4 cases of spongiform kidney were analysed retrospectively.Results:In this group,4 were performed by US,2 were performed by X ray plain film and IVP,US:In the renal medullary pyramidal collecting tubules,its display as a little sac like dilatation and/or high echo spots on the sac cavity.On X ray plain film,one case appeared as crowded density microstones shadow,like “dropping lily”.The urinarygraphy,the renal intrapyramid display fan shape,a cluster of grape like dilatation of collecting tubules.Conclusion:The US,X ray plain film and intravenous Fyelography possess diagnostic values highly,the US is performed easy and simple,it may be selected first,when spongiform kidney is suspected,the X ray plain film and urinarygraphy would be performed for the control analysis. |
