| 目的和方法：本文应用彩色多普勒超声对17例先天性子宫动静脉瘘患者子宫的形态和血流动力学进行了探查, 并分别与52例恶性滋养叶细胞瘤患者和34名正常人进行对比分析。结果和结论：表明先天性子宫动静脉瘘在二维声像图和彩色多普勒血流图上均具有特征性表现, 并可明确显示其病灶的范围和程度, 其子宫动脉和病灶区血管PI值分别小于1.5和0.8, 与正常人及患者栓塞治疗后均有显着性差异先天性子宫动静脉瘘和恶性滋养叶细胞瘤在血流动力学上无明显差异, 虽在形态学上具有一定的区别, 必须结合临床及实验室检查加以鉴别。总之彩色多普勒超声是诊断先天性子宫动静脉瘘的可靠方法。 |

| Object and Methods:to evaluate the usefulness of color Doppler ultrasonography in diagnosing congenital uterine AV fistula.17 Cases of congenital utering AV fistulae patients were examined by color doppler ultrasonography which compared with 52 cases of malignant trophoblastic tumour patients and 34 normal subjects.Results and Conclusions:All patients with congenital uterine AV fistulae and trophoblastic tumour had typical grey scale imaging and color Doppler flow mapping.The PI values of uterine arteries and blood vessels of lesion in these patients were lower than 1.5 and 0.8.There were no hemodynamical difference between two group of patients,but significantly difference with normal subjects.9 patients with congenital uterine AV fistulae were treated with arterial trascatheter embolization.There were also significantly hemodynamical difference between the patients before and after the treatment.We believe that the colour Doppler ultrasonography could demonstrate the presence of uterine AV fistulae correctly.With clinical and laboratory data it could also distiguish congenital uterine AV fistulae from malignant trophoblastic tumours. |
