| 目的：评价二尖瓣关闭不全形态的超声显像分型与二尖瓣重建术的关系。材料和方法：采用二维超声心动图方法, 对68例二尖瓣重建者, 超声心动图上二尖瓣环大小、瓣膜在对合区的形态和手术方法的选择进行对照研究。结果：我们发现二尖瓣关闭不全者的超声心动图特征可分为三型。超声分型与二尖瓣重建术方法的选择有直接的关系。结论：二尖瓣关闭不全形态的超声显像分型为二尖瓣返流的诊断提供了一个逻辑判断法, 使得外科医生能够在术前正确选择二尖瓣重建的方法。 |

| Purpose:For reappraisal of preoperative decision making of mitral valve reconstruction by echocardiography.Material and Method:68 patients with incompetent mitral valves were included.Two dimensional echocardiography were used to describe the abnormality of leaflet motion and leaflet edges coaptation.The findings on direct inspection,and the types of repair performed were analyzed and the zones of coaptation of the mitral valves were studied in a series of parasternal longaxis views.Results:The patterns of leaflet closure showed a direct relationship between echocardiographic findings and the types of reconstructive techniques which were used.Conclusion:This echocardiographic analysis offers a logical approach to the preoperative diagnosis of regurgitant mitral valves,and provides the surgeon more appropriate selection from the full spectrum of reconstructive techniques. |
