| 目的：为了解不同临床类型的功能性消化不良(FD)患者的胃排空情况, 探讨可能的病因, 指导治疗。方法：我们对46例FD患者及24名健康人(HS)进行了核素胃排空检查, 观察2小时胃排空率及半排空时间。结果：FD患者2小时胃排空明显减少, 半排空时间明显延迟(P<0.001), 其中运动障碍样型及反流样型FD胃排空延迟明显, 而溃疡样型FD与正常人比无差异(P>0.5).结论：胃排空延迟在运动障碍样型及反流样型FD病因中占重要地位, 但溃疡样型FD可能有不同的发病机制。FD患者中有症状与胃排空之间存在不一致现象, 所以核素胃排空检查在FD胃运动功能的判定及指导治疗上有重要意义。 |

| Objectives:To study the gastric emptying in different symptom subgroups of the patients with functional dyspepsia(FD) and search the possible cause of FD.Methods:Radionuclide gastric emptying were performed in 46 cases of FD patients and 24 healthy subjects.The test meal containing 200μci of sulfate colloid (500 kcal) were given.Gastric emptying were monitored by garmma camera for 2 hours,15 minutes interval in the first hour and 30 minutes in the second hour.Result and Conclusion:The results show:gastric emptying was significantly delayed in FD patients with half emptying time (T1/2) of 107.93±21.43 min,compared with 84.35±17.11min in the HS,with gastric emptying rate of 44.73% in FD and 68.5% in HS(P<0001) respectively.The Gastric motor disorder were more significant in dysmotility and reflux like dyspepsia,however the GE and T1/2 in most ulcer like FD patients were normal.Conclusion:motor disturbance of stomach plays an important role in pathophysiology of FD,But not the only cause of FD.There might be different mechanisms in ulcer like FD.Radionuclide gastric emp tying has significance in evaluation of gastric motor function and guiding the treatment of FD. |
