| 目的：建立一种实时超声标准以评价人体胃液体排空情况的方法, 并采用这些标准去诊断非溃疡性消化不良(NUD)患者。材料与方法：在50名健康者和50名NUD患者饮用37℃温水500ml后, 每隔10分钟获取一次胃底-体部饱满度(FB), 直到餐后50分钟时为止。结果：尽管许多NUD患者与健康者相比存在明显的胃排空延迟, 但并非所有的NUD患者都如此。结论：所有男性受试者的判别点为FB=28.45%, 所有女性受试者的判别点为FB=29.88%;其诊断错误率分别为30.56%、26.56%. |

| Pupose:The aim of these study was to develop a real time ultrosonography for assessing gastric emptying of liquid in human and to apply these stansdards to identify non ulcer dyspepsia (NUD) people.Materials and Methods:50 healthy and 50 NUD subjects were only drunk 500 ml warm water (37℃).The full of upper stomach body (FB) was obtained by every 10 minutes after drinking for up to 50 minutes.Results:Many NUD people showed a significant delay of gastric emptying rate of liquid as compared with healthy people,but not for all.Conclusion:Two FBs’ identifying standards gotten by discriminant analysis were 28.45% for all men and 29.88% for all women,the error count for the resubstitution summary using linear discriminant function for all the men and women above mentioned were 30.56% and 26.56%,respective. |
