| 目的：探讨甲状腺直观指数(VITU)对亚急性甲状腺炎的诊断价值。方法：对30例亚急性甲状腺炎患者、347例其它各类甲状腺疾病患者及45例正常人行甲状腺放射性核素显像, 并计算VITU值。结果：亚甲炎组VITU值除与甲低组无显着性差异(P>0.05)外, 与其它各组比较均有非常显着性差异(P<0.01).若以亚急性甲状腺炎组VITUx+S, 即0.93作为判断阈值, 则诊断亚急性甲状腺炎灵敏度为96.7%, 特异性为99.5%, 准确性为99.3%.结论：VITU值对亚急性甲状腺炎的诊断和鉴别诊断有重要的临床意义。 |

| Purpose:It is to inquire into the diagnostic value of the visual index of thyroid uptake(VITU) to sub acute thyroiditis.Method:30 cases of sub acute thyroiditis patients,347 cases of other kinds of thyroid disease and 45 normal subjects were tacken thyoid radionuclide imaging.The VITU was calculated at the same time.Result:The VITU of the sub acute thyroiditis group has not remarkable diference with that of the hypothyroidism(P>005),but it has singnificant difference with that of other groups (P<0.01).Take the 0.93 as the diagnostic threshold,and the diagnostic sensitivity,speciality and accuracy are 96.7%,99.5% and 99.3% seperately.Conclusion:There is a important singnificance in diagnosing sub acute thyroiditis with VITU. |
