目的:本文研究了我院X-刀治疗颅内肿瘤过程中CT定位的精度及CT扫描方法。方法:应用人体头颅模型内特定标记物测定CT定位的精度, 在临床工作中应用不同的扫描方法对颅内肿瘤进行CT定位, 观察其效果。结果:利用头颅模型测定的BRW头环CT定位精度为0.65mm, 最大误差为1.09mm.对35例颅内肿瘤病人进行X-刀CT定位, 选择了直接强化、延迟3分钟和5分钟强化的方法, 分别扫描脑膜瘤、听神经瘤、转移瘤、胶质瘤和垂体瘤, 多数患者肿瘤强化明显, 肿瘤边界显示清晰, 效果满意。结论:我院X-刀治疗CT定位精度高, 对颅内肿瘤患者的肿瘤定位效果较好, 符合X-刀定位的要求。 |

Purpose:This article study the accuracy and method of CT scanning in localization of intracranial tumor in X knife treatment.Method:Measure the CT localization acuracy using special markers in skullphantom and clinical use of different CT scanning method inlocalization of intracranial tumor during X knife treatment.Results:The accuracy of CT localization of BRW headring using skull phantom is 065mm averagely,maximum error is 109mm During X knife treatment,the method of CT scanning for localization of intracranial tumor is:immediat enhancement for meningiomas,acoustic neurofibromas and metastatic tumors,delayed 3 minutes enhancement for gliomas and delayed 5 minutes enhancement for pituitary tumors.Most of tumurs of 35 patients have been obviously enhanced,and show clear rims,all obtain satisfactory results for X knife treating.Conclusion:The accuracy and results of CT localization of intracranial tumor is suitable and dependentable for X knife treatment in our hospital. |
