      目的:探讨正常垂体柄偏位原因及其与垂体柄移位的区别。材料和方法:用MRI(0.15T)对140例正常人和45例垂体腺瘤的垂体柄位置、大小及信号强度进行了观测。结果:冠状位垂体柄明显偏位20/140例, 正中隆起中心和蝶鞍中心均不位于同一纵切面上;垂体微腺瘤垂体柄移位13/27例, 两中心点位于同一纵切面上者12/13例。两者间存在显着差异(P<0.01).结论:正常垂体柄偏位是由于正中隆起中心和蝶鞍中心不位于同一纵切面上, 当该两中心点位于同一纵切面上时, 垂体柄发生偏位则称病理性垂体柄偏位。
英文摘要:
      Objective:To investigate the causes of normal pituitary stalk shift and it differentiated to pituitary stalk displacement.Materals and Methods:The position size and signal intensity of pituitary stalk with 140 healthy subjects and 45 pituitary adenomas were measured by MR imaging (015T).Results:The nomral pituitary stalk shifted in 20/140 on cornal T 1 weighted images,which the centre of median eminance and sellar turcica weren’t in the same sagittal plane;The pituitary stalk displaced in 13/27 with microadenomas,which the centre of median eminance and sellar turcica were in the same sagittal plane with twelve patients.Conclusion:The shift of normal pituitary stalk caused by the fact that the centre of median eminance and sellar turcica weren’t in the same sagittal plane;when its were localized in the same sagittal plane,pituitary stalk displacement designated by the name as pathologic pituitary stalk shift.
