| 目的：为了探索肌内脂肪瘤的声像图特征。资料和方法：经病理证实的肌内脂肪瘤患者22例, 使用EUB-40型超声诊断仪和ATLHDI-3000彩色多普勒超声诊断仪, 5MHz现阵探头和L10-5MHz探头, 观察肿物的形状、大小、边界、内部回声特点及病变血流情况。结果：所有病变均位于横纹肌内, 呈椭圆形, 其长径与肌纤维平行。14例肿物边界清晰或有包膜, 11例内部回声不均匀。40.9%病变呈强回声, 36.4%呈等回声, 22.7%呈低回声。部分(7/13)病变有低速血流信号。结论：肌内脂肪瘤声像图表现是多样性的, 多数为强回声或低回声, 超声检查有助于此病的诊断。 |

| Objective:The purpose of this paper was to demonstate the ultrasonic appearances of the intramuscular lipoma.Materials and Methods:22 patients with intramuscular lipoma were examined by ultrasonography.EUB 40 ultrasound scanner and HDI ATL3000 color doppler scanner were used and the probe were 5MHz liner array and L10-5.The shape,size,contours and echotexture of every mass were described,and the flow state of some mass were also demonstrate.Results:All lesions were located in striped muscle.The shape was ellipse and the longtitude distance was parallelled with muscular fiber.Of all Lesions,9(409%) were hyperechoic,8(364%) were isoechoic,3(227%) were hypoechoic,14 had clear border or capsuler.11 showed a heterogenous echotexture.Some lesions (7/13) were found to have low velocity signals of blood flow by Color Doppler.Conclusion:The Sonographic Appearances of Intramuscular Lipoma was multifarious.The echotexture of lots masses was heperechoic or isoechoic.Ultrasonography is helpful in the diagnosis of intramuscular lipoma. |
